Joining the Program

Online coaching consists of dialog and programming all at your convenience. We follow a systematic process to on-board you as an athlete and get your program customized to your needs:

1. Introductory Email

2. Movement Assessment

3. Results and Program Design

Afterwards, we will work with you weekly to develop programming that meets your needs. We send video, discuss results via phone call/text/facetime and make sure you get all the feedback you need.
